"CAT-2P" Heavy-Duty Label Rewinder Exclusively for the Primera® LX810, LX800 & LX400 Color Label Printers

The CAT-2P is the only rewinder certified by Primera for use with the LX800-Series Color Label Printers. This LX800-Series Color Label Printers. This specially-designed heavy-duty rewinder puts the least possible tension on the web so that print quality is not affected. As you know, inkjet printers are more susceptible to banding or registration problems if the web is pulled during printing. The CAT-2P includes a special Sensor Arm that tracks the labels coming from the Printer and adjusts the rewinding action accordingly. (Primera is a trademark of Primera Technology, Inc.).

BURST-180	The Burster Bar attaches to your CAT-2-CHUCK Rewinder to conveniently burst perforated tags or labels. Use “in-line” with your printer or “off-line” with your Unwinder and your Rewinder.	Up to 6”	Up to 8.6”

	The BURST-180 Burster Bar is easily mounted on the CAT-2-CHUCK Rewinder using the top two Screws on the Motor Panel.
	Thread the individual strips of tags alternatively over and under the Burster Bars and onto the individual Rewind cores.Use Separator Plates between the Rewind Cores to keep the rolls aligned. Use two metal Separator Plates, one on the inside and one on the outside, and plastic Separator Plates in between the rolls. See Page 18.
	For high speed “Off-Line” bursting use a UCAT-1 Unwinder together with the BURST-180 Burster Bar on a CAT-2-CHUCK Rewinder.
